Our office offers our New Patients a choice to print and conveniently fill out our new patient forms at home. Just be sure to bring them with you during your initial visit. By doing so, you can save up to 15 minutes of registration. If you prefer to register upon your initial visit, you will need to arrive at the office at least 15 minutes prior.

You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please contact our office.

For your convenience, we are pleased to accept Care Credit. CareCredit offers Special Financing and low monthly payment options, no up-front costs, and no-prepayment penalties so you can show off those pearly whites as soon as you're ready.
